This home at 6 Tinys Way unit 1 located in a quiet neighborhood, 2BD/1BA condo has been meticulously renovated and boasts 1,130 sf of living area. Short walk to downtown for restaurants and bars. This year round condo has everything! Central air; 2 exclusive outdoor patios; large landscaped yard-area with irrigation; beautiful flooring; recessed lighting; abundant natural light; and a remote controlled gas fireplace. The eat-in kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters and custom cabinetry. The first bedroom has a king bed with a new mattress. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a new mattress. There are plenty of linens and towels for your stay. The large living room has comfortable furniture; flat screen TV with cable; and a dvd player for those rainy days. There is also free wifi; front load washer and dryer; and parking for two cars! Sorry no smoking or pets.

Property was better than expected as the online furniture pics were sparse. In person furniture was well laid out. Soacious and well appointed. We would surely consider staying here again.

Location, interior design, cleanliness, outdoor space, neighborhood, parking… it was all perfect, right down to the thoughtful beach chairs and coolers.

This is the second time we stayed at this house. It's a prefect set up for our family of four with two young boys. The house is immaculately kept up with lots of space for our family to stretch out and sleep well. The location of the house is amazing. Walking distance to town. 5 mins from the beaches. Bret is a very responsive host and very welcoming.
