Community beach and sundeck is located in Provincetown, just a 8-minute walk from Pilgrim Monument and 1.4 miles from Race Point Lighthouse. Both free Wifi and parking on-site are available at the vacation home free of charge.

Location is fit for people who don't come by car, as we did, and if you plan to stay mainly in the village of Provincetown. Be aware that the much wilder, cleaner and more attractive oceanside beaches of Provincetown, Race Point Beach or Herring Cove, are not around the corner. To reach them without a car, be prepared for longer walks (1-2 hours, partly on streets without sidewalk) or rent a bike....).
This appartment is located in a kind of small condo, with several renters, and it is sublet to Booking by a local company called Del Mar.
They Del Mar people really want to be in touch with you which results in many of mails in advance.
But in our case, the really important thing didn't work: We were given the wrong access code for the door of the appartment.... which created some complications and additional costs (roaming phone call to the Del Mar hotline, as we are not from the US, hanging on hold...).
Fortunately the very kind neighbors assisted us with Del Mar.....and fortunately we had arrived during their business hours. This is not what you expect for the elevated price.
Remarks on the size of the appartment:
Especially the 2 bedrooms (2 single-mattressed queen beds) are really tiny. Don't bring luggage ...we found scarcely room for our 3 backpacks, for 3 adult family members. The images had given us the impression of a somehow bigger appartment
More hooks etc. for wet towels, clothes etc. might be good.
The sundeck (which we didn't use) is shared with other renters. No oceanview from.the apartment.
