Welcome to our beautifully furnished two bedroom condo on the first floor of an antique home. Perfectly located on a quiet street between Bradford and Commercial Street yet steps from everything that PTown has to offer. The home is bright and airy and has windows on all four sides of the house. It features an exclusive-use patio and is in walking distance (5 minutes) to MacMillan Wharf and the ferries.
Both bedrooms have queen size beds with Sealy Posturepedic mattresses and dressers. Room-darkening shades in both bedrooms. Small walk-in closet in one of the bedrooms for additional storage. The bathroom has a tile floor and a tiled tub/shower as well as a granite vanity and large mirror. The living room features a couch as well as two chairs to seat four comfortably.
The Chef's kitchen features granite countertops, kitchen knives, pot & pans, and other cooking and baking utensils as well as a microwave. A Nespresso Machine and an Aeroccino Milk Frother (coffee capsules provided) are available for guests to enjoy coffee without needing to leave the house. Other kitchen appliances include GE range, GE dishwasher, GE refrigerator with ice maker, toaster, blender, mixer, regular coffee maker, Bialetti Espresso Maker. A small bar area provides all the tools to mix your favorite cocktails.
Other amenities include dedicated off-street parking onsite, AC (seasonal), ceiling fans, window shades for privacy, 32 inch flat-screen TV, Apple TV (4th generation), Sonos Wireless Music Steaming, wireless high-speed internet, free shared washer & dryer, iron & ironing board and beach towels.
The patio area is for your exclusive use and has an outdoor sectional and table. A grill is also available on the patio.

Diane and Regina were amazing hosts! Their was great communication prior to and during our stay. The unit was as exactly as described, a quick walk to the beach, and in a close vicinity to the center of town. We appreciated their welcome snacks, and for providing extra linens for guests arriving mid-week.

The place was immaculate, very spacious and has all the amenities one needs for a relaxing getaway. Comfortable beds with nice linens, well-stocked kitchen, clean bathroom and lots of space. Great Wi-Fi too which allowed us to stay on top of a little work.
Wonderful location that's an easy walk to just about anything in town; restaurants, shops, bars or just nice walk along the beach.
Pre-arrival information was much appreciated and only one minor issue that was resolved in seconds. We will definitely return to this perfect Ptown residence!!
