Recently Completely Renovated - Striking light-filled upper level two-bedroom modern contemporary style condo with water and monument views is just a stone's throw from P-town's epic nightlife and beaches. Stroll less than 2 blocks, just a couple minutes to Commercial Street for eclectic dining and nightlife.
This expansive home features an open-concept floor plan with walls of windows, and views welcoming you, providing a spacious area for relaxation, dining, and entertaining. The ceiling lighting has been recently updated to a warmer tone, creating a more inviting and comfortable atmosphere throughout the home. The well-designed kitchen -- featuring Frigidaire Gallery Series appliances, Omni cabinets, quartz countertops, Hansgrohe fixtures, and a center island with seating for four -- provides plenty of cabinetry and counterspace for all the chefs in the family for effortless meal prep! When it's time to eat, gather around the table with seating up to six.
The large main suite, equipped with a king-size bed with water views, has an ensuite bath with custom tiling and walk-in shower with sliding shower doors. There is a nice size second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and the adjacent hallway full bath features another sizable walk-in shower and custom tiling. This was the perfect place for a long weekend with my husband and another couple. We loved the space and the views of Provincetown.

Unfortunately, the listing company of Gibson Sotheby’s International was extremely poor. Text submitted with questions, and during check-in, or quickly answered by a bot, but human never responded, even if for three days… This complication included the check in process. I did go to the Realty office in town, and an agent there was very helpful, and Explained that the vacation rental division was newly acquired. When would hope this would improve for next season… The property itself I would give five stars, and plan to return.
