This property was exactly what we were looking for! It offers a blend of shared spaces and privacy for a group of adults traveling together - the ensuite bathrooms are a huge bonus!
We found the property had all the amenities we needed and the location was great - the new park that just opened nearby is a bonus. You can take your coffee to the beach in just 2-3 minutes.

Great house with 3 bedrooms and 3 and 1/2 half baths so every room gets its own bathroom and the downstairs living area has its own powder room so entertaining is easy!
Beautiful and large outdoor entertainment space was perfect for the afternoon and early evening.
Neighborhood is wonderfully quiet, but just a few minutes walk to everything.
Host was very responsive and proactive. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at the property was perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped for our cooking needs. The new gas grill was great to prepare meals and then enjoy on the outdoor patio. The beds were comfortable. Each bedroom had its own on-suite bath which was a pleasant surprise. Edward was very responsive to our questions. Great quiet location yet just a few steps from Commercial Street, near restaurants and galleries. The one off-street parking space was appreciated as parking in Ptown can be a challenge.
