We stayed here for 5 nights and had a lovely stay. The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The host, Ling, was contactable when we couldn't figure out the air con which was very reassuring.
The apartment is well-equipped and a real home from home. It is a 5 minute walk from Commercial Street but because it is a couple of blocks over, it was quiet even though it was on a road. No view from the balcony but we still managed to eat breakfast up there which was a bonus. The beds and bedding were incredibly comfortable and the shower clean and powerful. Lots of storage space in all rooms. Kitchen well equipped and a helpful touch was the food in the cupboard which I assume was left over from previous guests but it came in very handy.
Would happily stay here again if we visit Provincetown in the future.
