Enjoy your Baltic Sea vacation in our lovingly and modernly furnished vacation apartment in a historic villa in the charming Baltic Sea resort town of Zempin. The apartment is located on a quiet street at the edge of the forest and is only about a 7-minute walk from the Baltic Sea beach. The Achterwasser lagoon and Zempin Harbor are also within easy reach, as Zempin is the narrowest point on the island of Usedom.
The apartment is approximately 50 m² in size, located on the 1st floor, and accommodates 2 to 3 people. It is modern and tastefully furnished and features a fireplace for cozy evenings as well as Wi-Fi. Find out about the wide range of activities on the island or check your emails.
The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and plenty of dishes. Entertainment is also provided: a flat-screen TV, a radio, and a DVD player are available.
The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed, and the veranda can accommodate one additional person. The couch can be converted into a bed in just a few minutes. The bathroom features a shower and a toilet.
Bedding is provided, but you’ll need to bring your own towels. A high chair for young guests can be added to your reservation. Pets are allowed but must be registered in advance. The property is enclosed but not fully fenced.
Our villa, over 100 years old, exudes its very own charm. The historic floorboards may creak softly in some places—a charming detail that underscores the character of the house. The bathroom, kitchen, and living room share a common hallway with the neighboring vacation rental. At the back of the property, a cozy terrace with seating and a grill invites you to linger—perfect for balmy summer nights.
You can park your car on the property free of charge.

Entertainment is also well taken care of: a flat-screen TV, radio, and DVD player are available so you can stay entertained during your free time.
The bedroom with a large double bed ensures restful nights, and the porch can accommodate one additional person. The couch converts into a comfortable bed in no time at all—perfect for extra sleeping space.
The bathroom, complete with a shower and toilet, is the ideal place to freshen up and start or end your day.
