About this apartment rental
Do you need a break and want to truly relax? Then spend a few restful days on the Baltic Sea in our White Villa by the Sea in Zempin.
This villa, built in 1913, is located on the Baltic Sea coast on the beautiful island of Usedom in the tranquil seaside resort of Zempin. Here you'll be staying right next to the coastal forest and just minutes from the Baltic Sea beach and the Achterwasser lagoon. Nearby amenities include a bakery, train station, bus stop, bicycle rental, playground, restaurants, the seaside promenade, beach chair rentals, and the spa gardens.
We renovated and modernized the villa in spring 2020. It now features two family-friendly holiday apartments. The "Lee" apartment is located on the first floor and is furnished for up to five adults and one baby. Enjoy a comfortable eat-in kitchen with a high-quality kitchenette including a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and egg cooker. There is also a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area. A highchair is also available.
The spacious bedrooms feature a double bed, a large wardrobe, a sturdy armchair with a pull-out bed (or a baby cot), and blackout curtains. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with large shower cubicles and rain showers.
The outbuildings on the property contain a Finnish sauna, a lockable bicycle garage, and a laundry room with a washing machine. Everything is included and available at all times.
With child and dog at the seaside
Families with children and pets are very welcome! You can roam freely in the fully fenced and lockable garden. A sandbox, outdoor toys, and a wagon await our younger guests. The large adjacent playground offers plenty of space to play and run around. Meanwhile, you can fire up the barbecue on the furnished terrace, sunbathe in a deck chair, or relax in a beach chair.
Holiday Office by the sea
Those arriving for mobile work will find a fold-out work table, a stable internet connection and an additional monitor available in the bedroom.
