The charming Baltic Sea resort of Zempin is located at the narrowest point of Usedom, right in the center of the island. From this central location, you can easily explore Usedom by car, bike, or the Usedomer Bäderbahn. The former fishing village offers a gently sloping, stone-free Baltic Sea beach with fine sand on one side and a romantic spot by the Achterwasser (Usedom Nature Park) on the other. In the middle of the coastal forest, close to the Baltic Sea, you'll find the new beach promenade with a large open-air stage, where concerts are regularly held during the summer months. Watching the sunset over the Baltic Sea from here is a special experience. Zempin is one of the smallest seaside resorts on Usedom, so the crowds of tourists remain manageable. The town radiates peace and relaxation in every season, creating a welcoming, family-like atmosphere.



The apartment offers 2 rooms for up to 4 guests: a spacious living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, all rooms facing the main street, a separate kitchen with fitted kitchen, a balcony, and a bathroom with bathtub. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. Washing machine and dryer are available for an additional fee. Free parking is available in the underground garage and on the parking lot. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
