The idyllic Baltic Sea resort of Zempin is located at the narrowest point of Usedom, right in the center of the island. From this central location, you can easily explore Usedom by car, bike, or the Usedom Bäderbahn railway. Once a fishing village, Zempin offers a gently sloping, stone-free Baltic Sea beach with fine sand on one side and a romantic setting by the Achterwasser (Usedom Nature Park) on the other. The new beach promenade with a large open-air stage is set amidst the coastal forest, close to the sea. In summer, concerts are regularly held here, and watching the sunset over the Baltic Sea is a special experience. As one of the smallest seaside resorts on Usedom, Zempin remains peaceful and relaxed year-round, with a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere.
