In the middle of the coastal forest, close to the sea, you'll find the new beach promenade with a large open-air stage, hosting regular concerts during the summer months. As one of the smallest seaside resorts on Usedom, Zempin remains peaceful and never overcrowded, offering a relaxing, family-friendly atmosphere year-round.



The apartment offers 2 rooms for up to 4 guests. The living room sofa can be used as an extra bed, and blackout curtains are provided. The living area features a 55-inch LED TV and FM/DAB/internet radio. A furnished balcony with a view of the promenade towards the sea invites you to relax. The dining area has a solid wood table and 4 chairs. The separate, fully equipped kitchen with a window allows for comfortable cooking. The quiet bedroom has a double bed and blackout curtains; another furnished balcony is available. The bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, toilet, and storage space. There is a small storage room and a place for bicycles in the underground garage. Pets are not allowed. Washing machine and dryer are available in the building for an additional charge.
