Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, bus stop 900 m, sandy beach 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished. The lawns in the complex are playgrounds, dogs are not allowed there.

Lage der Ferienwohnung ist ruhig und die Position der Loggia mit Blick auf den Park super. Der Ort ist sehr besonders durch seine Lage zwischen Ostsee und Achterwasser und die Landschaft ist ein Kleinod.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist gut. Es ist schön ruhig . Leider ist die von uns gemietete Wohnung recht verlebt , aber nicht schmutzig gewesen . Die Möbel weisen teilweise starke Gebrauchsspuren auf. Ansonsten sind in Zempin Geschäfte ziemlich rar , es gibt l keinen Lebensmittelladen .
