The Waldhaus Vacation Rental, Unit 14 – Lina, is located in a prime, nature-rich setting in the seaside resort of Zempin on the island of Usedom. Situated right next to the coastal forest and just about 400 meters from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, it combines the tranquility of nature with easy access to the sea. Zempin, Usedom’s smallest seaside resort, charms visitors with its relaxed atmosphere between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser lagoon and is an ideal place for anyone looking to combine relaxation, nature, and a maritime lifestyle. Walks through the fragrant coastal forest, long days at the beach, or bike rides along the coast all begin right outside the front door.
The approximately 60-square-meter vacation apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained vacation home built in 1998. The house is situated in a quiet, natural setting near the coastal forest, offering a pleasant setting for a relaxing vacation in Zempin. The bright rooms, the welcoming furnishings, and the lovingly selected details create a cozy atmosphere where you’ll feel welcome from the very first moment.
The spacious living area invites you to relax with its comfortable seating arrangement, tasteful furniture, and harmonious decor. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment on cozy evenings. If needed, a pull-out sofa bed with a sleeping surface measuring 1.20 x 1.80 meters is available for a child. The separate kitchen is practical and fully equipped. A stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a refrigerator with freezer compartment provide everything you need for hassle-free self-catering. At the dining table, you can enjoy a relaxed breakfast or round off your day with a dinner together.
From the living area, you can step out onto the west-facing balcony, which is furnished with comfortable patio furniture and a parasol.
