Room is clean. Location is good. They also had a outdoor space for chilling with breakfast prepared
Just make sure you check in before 8 or else you have to pay €30 for late check in.

Sina Rent Room is a well located and very pleasant place to stay in room. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The facilities are clean with air conditioners in every room. There is also a gorgeous terrace. We had a great time with our group.

Everything was as described. Owner was really friendly, and free croissiants were really nice.
Minor thing but no electricity sockets near bed.

It was cheap, they supplied free pastries in the morning, it was quiet.
The owner didn’t reply to me one time. Check in was a nightmare and still never got ahold of the manager. A cleaning lady let me in. It was decent but certainly not the cleanest. Very far from every site except for the coliseum and Roman forum were 20-25 minute walk. Terrible communication and only one key for one room for 3 people.
