Good ratio of price and quality. The room itself was clean enough and spacious. The beds were fine. The staff allowed us to leave our baggage but didn’t let us to check in one hour earlier, even though it was scorching hot outside. I realise they didn’t have to, even though it would have been nice. In the room a few bottles of water were waiting for us, it was a nice gesture.
The room doesn’t have an AC. It is critical in summer. Unfortunately, fans can’t substitute AC, so it was hard to sleep at night. Cleanliness of a bathroom leaves a lot to be desired. It is even more about a renovation. The water doesn’t drain properly, the surface of the bath is scratched and stained. It is worth replacing. For other tourists I would recommend to consider whether they REALLY need to stay at the Termini area. The district is filthy, dangerous and full of the smell of urine.

El personal de recepción muy amable, nos permitieron dejar las maletas antes de entrar a la habitación y también el día que nos fuimos. Todo muy limpio y la habitación súper amplia. No cuenta con aire acondicionado, pero no es necesario tiene varios ventiladores muy potente, nosotros hubo una noche que tuvimos que apagarlo y todo del frío.
No me gustó del todo aunque no es culpa del hotel si no de los huéspedes que se quedan allí, que con algunas de las personas que coincidimos no eran demasiado limpias y rebajan el baño bastante asqueroso. Igualmente el baño lo limpian todos los días y si no fuese por algunos huéspedes estaría perfecto.
