It was quiet and comfortable! The staff was kind and helpful and super fast to respond.

Excellent value for money. The room is simple, but comfortable enough. The price was incredible. The attentive staff contacted us to find out the check-in time and arranged places to store our luggage after check-out until our departure time.
The location is okay, which was to be expected for the price. Not very close to tourist attractions, but close to the subway. It seems a little dangerous, but nothing too serious. The only downside was that the shower in the bathroom was broken and wasn't in a comfortable position for showering.

Close to station and all the main sites of Rome in walking distance. Also good communication, although wasn't happy with the 20euro late check in charge especially as I had paid for an extra night effectively.
Broken toilet seat, shower that's broken, really bad TV reception, kettle on a table but you have to put it on the floor to plug in, broken spring in the bed which stabbed my lower back.
