It was clean, quiet, and the host was great -- he provided us with free fresh pastry every morning and gave us very valuable advice on the local cafes.
Our room was small, but it was a very good value for the money we paid

The location it’s pretty close to the most places of interest in the city. The room size is enough for 2, the restroom also decent one.
The lift system depends on other people to close the doors of it, the first two day we had to walk stairs all the way up until the last floor, very unpleasant after walking so much around the city. The air conditioner was not working properly, it shows signs of lack of maintenance and probably ran already out of gas, during summer days made the staying not that pleasant, we asked the staff, they made it run in a different mode but it was the same… not cooling the room
