It’s a room in the apartment which belongs to the owner living’s on the ground floor. He is available 24/7. There’s tea and a kettle in the corridor. Lift is tiny but working.

Air conditioner and fridge should be paid extra. But we kept windows closed during the day and used mechanical ceiling ventilator and it was absolutely enough under +32C. The area feels not nice but nothing bad happened in 2 days we stayed there. Be attentive: Google map may lead you around the station via a terrifying area with homeless and terrible road for your suitcase. The station is go-through, so you can go out so that it will take you 5-7min only, not 15-30, and on a better road for walking with a suitcase! Be attentive to find namely your transfer bus to the airport: Ciampino and Fumicino require different buses!!!

The location is very convenient, right next to the train station. Many major attractions are nearby, and almost everything can be reached on foot or by metro. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained.

Rome is quite expensive—at this price, you can find much better value in many other places. 😀

We didn't have any previous experience staying in a hostel. We picked up this one for a one-night stay near the Termini before heading back home. It's not a hotel per say, but it served the purpose for us. It was clean and quiet, with private bathroom and shower. The host was great explaining things to us.

Not easy to find. Don't look for any external signs with the name, just look at the building numbers to find the right door.
