Holiday Lodge, sleeps 4, with sea & countryside views

Lovely Lodge, very clean and comfortable. Parking right next to the lodge. Swimming pool very close and free access.

Communication with hosts (Sarah and Paul) was just right. Instructions for collection of keys and access to the property were clear and provided in plenty of time. The accommodation was very clean and well-presented. We spent most of our time elsewhere so didn't make use of all the facilities. There were plenty of things provided, though, should we have needed them. On arrival, we found that the hosts had left a cake and a bottle of wine, which was a lovely surprise. It is a short distance from The Stag, which is a lovely pub (about a 20 minute walk). There is a theatre (The Stables) across from the pub. The holiday park is located within easy reach of Hastings town centre and old town (whether walking or driving)

This is nothing against the lodge or the hosts, just something for visiting to note - the road leading up is very narrow, and very steep.

Fantastic host. I’ve never seen anything like it. She went as far as being a mother. God bless her
