Superb stay!

Location is away from traffic jam, i rent a car. But i prefer to stay away from traffic if it is close to the city. So here in Pero very near to metrostation. I love all the essentials provided by the hostm also the host is very attentive. Helping me alot without complaining.

Perfect for the price

This is a small studio in Pero (Milanese suburb), and it is most convinient for a several days' visit. The subway station is 3-minute walk from the apartment, and you are in the center of Milano in 25 min. The apartment is in a very quiet residential area, there was no problem to park a car in the street nearby. The apartment itself is clean, cosy and features a lot of small details to make your stay nice and comfortable. There is a fully-equipped kitchen and a balcony. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment!

fraud host, unbearable construction noise at facility. not recommended to book.

when we visited this facility, full fledged construction work was going on. tile breaker machine hammering noise was unbearable. when we communicated with host, he agreed that he didn't communicate correctly regarding this construction work with us and he will give us refund through our account. later when we communicated our account number for refund, he is not responding. host is fraud, please don't spoil your vacation by visiting this facility. very bad experience. not recommended at all.

THE DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT IS A BIT MISLEADING. IT IS A BED SIT - IT DOES NOT HAVE A SEPERATE BEDROOM AS I WAS EXPECTING. THE BATH IS ALO MISLEADING AS IT IS A SHOWER IN A BATH AND THE BATH IS ONLY BIG ENOUGH TO BATH A BABY IN!!!

Czysto, ładnie, dobra lokalizacja.

Lokalizacja, czystość, wyposażenie, dbałośc, bezpieczeństwo, szybki i efektywny kontakt z właścicielką. Mieszkanie świetnie wyposażone w przydatne drobiazgi; kosmetyki, oliwa, herbaty, kawa - nie musisz od razu biec do sklepu. Poprosiłam o lampkę nocną i od razu ja dostałam.

Brak bidetu, stolika do pracy, ale reszta wyposażenia to rekompensuje.

Ottimo monolocale pulito gradevole e host attento ai dettagli

La struttura è molto accogliente e curata, c’è tutto, dalle stoviglie e l’occorrente per le tisane e il caffè è una piccola colazione, ai prodotti per il bagno e gli asciugamani. Ci sono tanti piccoli dettagli che rendono davvero gradevole stare qui. Self ceck in e ceck out molto facile

È al secondo piano di cinque e i condomini non sono molto silenziosi in effetti ma è così ovunque

A szállás rendkívül felszerelt volt, egy kis gyöngyszem. A környék tökéletes, nagyon halk, ajánlom!

Környéken kedves helyi emberek voltak, közel a tömegközlekedés, konkrétan 3 perc sétára, amivel 10-15 perc alatt már bent is vagy a városközpontban.

Milan a buen precio y a unos minutos de metro directo sin cambio de linea

Cercanía con metro que en 25 minutos nos dejaba en Duomo. Amabilidad de Damir su dueño. Confort y detalles de bienvenida. Posibilidad de parking en la calle por 2,50 euros diarios. Vecindario tranquilo. Relacion precio calidad inmejorable para viajar a Milan con auto y no quedar atrapado en peleas y discusiones de transito que solo producen pérdidas de tiempo y dinero

Un appartamento completo di tutto a 200 metri dalla metro per Milano Centro

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per due notti a fine maggio 2025. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, c'è tutto quello che ti potrebbe servire durante una trasferta di lavoro. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e accoglienti, l'appartamento era super pulito. Una delle rarissime strutture ricettive in cui abbiamo trovato tutti i cestini per la raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti.

Semplice e consiglio

Vicinanza alla stazione metropolitana Pero Zona estremamente tranquilla Totale autonomia nel fare check-in a qualsiasi ora del giorno

Il parcheggio per la notte è facile ma di giorno purtroppo tutta l'area ha un limite di 2 ore di parcheggio a pagamento. Quindi l'auto per forza deve essere spostata. Ciò non è colpa del proprietario della casetta azzurra ovviamente.

Proprietari cordiali ed organizzatissimi. Casetta pulita ed accogliente. Ottima la colazione. Sul tavolo c'era un quadernino con tutte le informazioni davvero molto utile. La posizione comodissima a 2 passi dalla metro. Ci torneremo sicuramente!!
