Honestly nothing, but if have to, let’s say the traffic, walking to metro station around 27 minutes. It’s okay for me.

Appartamento perfetto per visitare fiera Rho.

Tutto perfetto, host disponibile, appartamento come da descrizione, posizione fantastica per visitare la fiera (a piedi10 minuti - 1 km di pista ciclabile pedonale). Veramente fornito di tutto, anche se ci sono stato per lavoro e non ho toccato parte cucina. Consiglio vivamente.

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa, a me piace il materasso più rigido (ma è chiaramente soggettivo).

Soggiorno Milano Fiera

Molto pulito. Proprietario cordiale e disponibile. Un po’ lontano dalla metro (circa 20 minuti a piedi), ma per il resto tutto molto bene.

Fußläufig zur Messe - leider mit einigen Schwachpunkten

Schlüsselübergabe verlief einwandfrei. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal, wenn man zur Messe muss. Wirklich nur 900 m zu Fuß bis zur Porta Sud von Rhofiera. Man ist schneller auf der Messe als mit dem Auto. Das Bad ist supermodern, alles top. Tolle Dusche.

Das Schlimmste waren die Raumdufstoffe, die an mehreren Plätzen in der Wohnung deponiert waren. Bei dem ekelhaften Geruch konnte man kaum einschlafen. Ein unerträglicher Gestank, den wir erst nach 2 Tagen aus der Wohnung rausbekommen haben durch ständiges Lüften. Dafür hatten wir dann die Schnaken im Zimmer. Die Wohnung ist extrem hellhörig, die Decke ist offenbar überhaupt nicht gedämmt. Man hört wirklich alles von oben, jeder Stuhl, der geschoben wird, jeden Schritt. Wenn dann auch noch eine Party gefeiert wird wie am ersten Abend unseres Aufenthalts, ist an Schlafen nicht mehr zu denken. Auf meine Beschwerde um 23.30 hin wurde es nicht leiser, es ging noch über eine Stunde weiter. Die Wohnung verfügt auch nicht über einen eigenen Parkplatz. Es gibt zwar um die Ecke ein paar Gratis-Parkplätze, für einen größeren Wagen sind die aber zu kurz.

Villa Sergio è una villetta spettacolare, pulita e molto accessoriata,host disponibile su tutto, veramente una persona squisita, trovare persone così oggi non è facile. Speriamo di poterci tornare molto molto presto.

Cuidado con las multas, hacen control muy seguido

La limpieza y el amplio espacio de este lugar lo hacen único, es super cómodo, muy tranquilo.

Debería haber un mapa de las rutas de transporte y una breve explicación de como utilizarlo, pues en la esquina de la casa se pueden tomar varios de estos, no sabíamos como se debían marcar los ticket, y la policía nos impuso una multa de 84 euros
