Best and most welcoming host we’ve ever had

The host, Felipo, was incredible. He came to pick us up at the metro and was the most welcoming and friendly host we’ve ever had. He made sure everyday that everything was alright and at the last day he brought our luggage to the metro. Truly our best experience yet!

Apartment is in a quiet area outskirts of Milan, 5 minutes walk from Petro metro station. Easy to get to centre. Close by big supermarket and local restaurants. Apartment has fully equipped kitchen, host offered snacks and drinks, milk for the kids. Coffee machine. There is big double comfy bed and sofabed, spacious bathroom and balcony. Recommended 100 %

Modern and Comfortable

It was a very wonderful experience. I didn't expect to be picked up and droped off by Filippo from the Metro station, which are really helpful for us. The place itself is clean, modern and full of snacks provided by the owner! I have no trouble at all sleeping, thanks to the comfortable mattress. The place itself closely located to metro about 7 mins walk, and another 25 minutes to Duomo.

Comfortble stay

Previously I was attracted by the magnificent cleanliness and comfort of this property. The location of the house and the facilities offered were great. Especially the hospitality shown by the hosts Flippo and Silvia was very nice. We were very comfortable in the house for 2 days, everything was thought of. If I come to Milan again, I know where I will stay!!

Struttura fantastica

Struttura perfetta e moderna per passare qualche giorno in tranquillità. Il proprietario, Filippo, è stato subito gentilissimo venendo a prenderci alla metro di Pero, anche se era vicina alla struttura e ci ha accompagnato all'appartamento. La struttura era semplicemente perfetta e con tutti i comfort che si possono chiedere, colazione fantastica e varia, utensili e pentole per poter cucinare, lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Ha lasciato anche più cialde del caffè disponibili. Letto comodissimo e bagno grande, insomma struttura eccezionale di un proprietario altrettanto eccezionale. Grazie di tutto Filippo, ritorneremo sicuramente.

Une bonne adresse pour séjourner à proximité du centre de Milan

Filippo est un hôte aux petits soins. Très gentil et serviable. Il nous a accueilli en personne sur la route malgré les instructions reçues par message pour accéder à l’appartement. Et nous a expliqué comment se garer. Les places blanches sont gratuites. Pas de parking privé, mais de nombreuses places dans la rue. Tout ce qui est nécessaire est présent dans son appart. Et on apprécie la machine Nespresso et la bouilloire à disposition. Quelques friandises et douceurs sont disponibles pour notre plaisir. C’est propre et confortable. La température est elle aussi très confortable pour se reposer après une grosse journée de visite (ou de pluie) La salle de bain est vraiment agréable et bien agencée. On entend peu les voisins. Après, on est en immeuble alors il en faut pas s’attendre à être isolé de tous les bruits. C’est normal et rien n’est dérangeant pour dormir correctement. Je recommande pour un couple en visite sur Milan. On apprécie également le petit supermarché à 6min à pieds.

C’est un très bon endroit pour un couple. Il y a ce qu’il faut pour accueillir un enfant mais il faut avoir conscience qu’il n’y a pas d’espace isolé pour le moment du coucher. On s’arrange mais il faut le savoir en fonction de la durée du séjour.

la posizione e' comoda e tranquilla, nonostante la A4 a poca distanza. appartamento piccolino, ma pulito e ben tenuto, con tutti i comfort del caso. l'host e' stato molto gentile ed accogliente ed attento alle nostre esigenze

السكن نظيف للغاية وفي مبنى حديث ومنطقة سكنية حديثة. المالك متعاون. مواقف السيارات متوفرة في الشارع ومجانية. النباتات في الشرفة جميلة وذات رائحة عطرة.

Beau studio confortable, idéalement situé à portée de métro pour un city-trip à Milan.

Accueil sympathique et multi lingue du propriétaire qui a ajouté de nombreux conseils. Parking gratuit. Propreté impeccable, climatisation et moustiquaires. Petites attentions pour le café et/ou le petit déjeuner. Ascenseur juste en face du logement. Résidence sécurisée et hyper calme.

Manque un peu d'espace pour 3 personnes adultes, même en configuration city-trip. Lits un peu durs.

CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare per due notti in questa struttura, gestita dal signor Filippo, e non posso fare altro che consigliarvela caldamente. La struttura è dotata di tutti i comfort necessari e, cosa da non sottovalutare, la gestione è davvero eccellente. Il signor Filippo è una persona fantastica: ci ha assistito durante tutto il soggiorno, venendo incontro a ogni nostra esigenza, ed è stato talmente gentile da accompagnarci in macchina per aiutarci a raggiungere i principali punti di interesse. Per questo motivo non posso che dare cinque stelle a questa struttura, sia per i servizi offerti, sia — e soprattutto — per l’aspetto umano del signor Filippo, che fa davvero la differenza.

Perfect appartement in de buurt van Milaan met zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer.

Philip is een heel vriendelijke, behulpzame en gastvrije host. Hij spreekt zelf geen Engels en zijn dochter wel, dus communicatie ging prima. Philip reageert snel op berichten. Het appartement was geweldig en compleet, we hadden alles tot onze beschikking. Het appartement zit in een mooi en nieuw gebouw met lift. Uitgebreide keuken met tafel en stoelen, 2 persoons bed, TV, genoeg kastruimte, ruime badkamer van alle gemakken voorzien, ruim balkon, elektrische blindering en airco. Heel attent, bij ontvangst stond er een groot dienblad klaar met allerlei zoete lekkernijen, toast, cakejes, jam, koffie, snoepjes en water in de koelkast. Het appartement was schoon, er waren genoeg handdoeken beschikbaar en er stond shampoo en zeep en zelfs aan douchekampjes was gedacht. De locatie is buiten het centrum van Milaan maar dichtbij metrostation Pero, op loopafstand van het appartement. Wij hadden een 3 daagse metrokaart gekocht voor € 15,- pp. waarmee we heel Milaan konden bereizen. Van Pero naar het centrum is ca. 20 minuten met de metro. In de omgeving van het appartement zitten ook een paar leuke restaurantjes. Dit appartement is een echte aanrader! We hebben ervan genoten. Dankjewel Philip!
