La posizione vicinissima alla metro e la gentilezza dell'host. Anche il self checkin che ci ha rese libere di arrivare all'orario più comodo.

Але було дуже холодно
Кондиціонери працювали погано і не вирішували проблему.
Газовий котел регулюється власником дистанційно і він його постійно виключав.
Особливо холодно було у ванній кімнаті.
Якщо ви невибагливі і не чутливі до холоду- то я вам рекомендую цей апартамент

Appartement pratique, juste en face de l'entrée du métro. Bonne literie, les draps sentent bon la lessive.
La chaudière fait beaucoup de bruit (nous l'avons arrêté pour la nuit).

The place is near Metro and it was very comfortable. Area is not noisy. 300m away was pizzeria and Supermarket.
The entrance was clean. Host was replying in WhatsApp timely on my questions. On the door is very useful information, especially what to see in Milano.
Bed room was so small that I could not place phone and glasses near to me, had to place on the floor or in the closet above.
The boiler was very noisy.
