The owner Ms. Katerina is very kind. Here is my story: I and my family have lived in this apartment on 05.Sept.2022 and left on the next day. Ms. Katerina has posted me in WhatsApp a photo of something, which I had forgotten in the apartment. I wrote, that it's very important and I wanted to get it again. She sent it to me by registered mail and it costed 9.50 €. I asked, how could I pay you. She said, that everything is fine and nothing to do.......

Spacious apartment with regular train noise

The apartment had all necessary amenities and was spacious

The apartment is very close to the railroad, regular trains are passing by, causing quite some noise. Trains seem to be away only between midnight and 5.00 am. Furthermore the bed downstairs was a sofa bed and you could feel the struts when lying down.

Property owner gave very good information how to reach and enter apartment, and was very nice in conversation.

Apartment is spacious but has too may unnecesary things so it doesn't feel clean and tidy. The location is next to the train line making it very noisy. Neighbourhood feels insecure.

Feel home

Spacious apartment with a lovely attic and a fully equipped kitchen. A few minutes walk from Rho station and a couple of supermarkets. The owner is polite, kind and always available. I could feel home living in this apartment.

Nothing except that it is located nearby a railway so you may be roused a bit earlier in the morning.

Truly wonderful.

The host was really lovely and very helpful. Communication was easy and the apartment had everything you would need. Clean, roomy and has all facilities. Walking distance to the train station. I’ll definitely stay here again. If you are sensitive to sound, bring earplugs, as the apartment is relatively close to the railway line. The noise didn’t bother me though, I slept fine.

Pésimo. No lo recomiendo.

Pésima estancia. La peor en la que me he quedado. En realidad no me gustó nada. Hay un aire acondicionado pero en la parte de la cocina. En el dormitorio arriba hace un calor horrible, aparte no puedes dormir porque tienes la estación del metro al lado, el dueño tenía un obrero trabajando y me despertaba a las 7am con martillazos, colocó que tenía internet y en realidad no había, le comenté y sólo me mandó a comprar una línea con internet, el último día me escribió para salir a las 10:30am cuando en la publicación decía a las 12 del medio día el check out. Había demasiado polvo y un día intentó entrar una señora de servicio sin tocar la puerta y sin notificar. Solo metió la llave y abrió la puerta, le notifiqué a los dueños y me dijo que ella hacía eso por servicio pero debió de notificar antes, aparte me quiso cobrar 20€ por supuesta tasa turística cuando eso no lo especifica en la descripción.

No les recomiendo este departamento. Horrible todo. El peor en el que me he quedado. Tuve que llamar a una asesora de booking para poner la queja y que me generaran un caso por todo lo malo.
