Grand appartement idéalement situé a 5min d une station de métro. Propriétaire sympathique qui répond rapidement.

Attention au garage qui n est pas haut si votre voiture est imposante.

Proche du métro, à 30 minutes environ du centre de Milan. Supermarché à moins d'un kilomètre à pied, va restaurants très proches. Facilité pour récupérer les clés. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Les équipements en cuisine sont limités (peu de vaisselle)

The apartment is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The master bedroom is particularly large, and the second bedroom has two good-sized beds that are perfect for children. Towels, shampoo, and soap were provided, and we appreciated the two complimentary bottles of water waiting in the fridge upon arrival.

Here are some points to improve: 1. The listing photos significantly overstate the apartment’s appearance. This was the biggest disappointment, as the apartment felt much less modern and attractive in person than portrayed online. 2. There are only two air-conditioning units: one in the living room and one in the kitchen. The bedrooms do not have their own AC units. 3. The kitchen was missing some basic utensils, with only two forks and one table knife available. This is a minor issue that should be easy to resolve. 4. Parking was a mixed experience. If you are visiting from abroad, be aware that parking in the area can be challenging, as many spaces are regulated, paid, or subject to local restrictions that may not be immediately obvious to visitors. Unfortunately, our rental car was towed due to temporary parking restrictions related to a local parade taking place the following day. It would be very helpful if guests could be informed in advance of any scheduled events or temporary parking restrictions that may affect nearby parking.
