Cleanness and location . Also the washing room was very spacious and modern . The kitchenette contained everything you need , even a Nedpresso machine with some coffee capsules .Close to bus and around 15 minutes walk from the Fair in Milan . Also around 20 minutes far from metro station in Pero . There is a small/familiar supermarket nearby that is very useful and with fantastic and friendly persons.
Also the apartment manager was almost always available to respond via whtsapp to any question /doubt .
You need to fill a digital form in advance and send a copy of your id card or passport ,which even if the system mention that the copies will be destroyed is something that I didn’t like . At least they could use some procedures as I have already did in other situations in which the copy Of the documents received some edits( a kind of a watermark) in order to be clear that those documents cannot be easly used in any other procedures. When I started this process the system asked me to pay more 40 euros which It wasn’t mentioned when I booked at the Booking site . After my call to the booking customer support, and informed not to pay that extra amount , the property owner contacted me and changed the procedure and I only paid 5 euros related to the city taxes.
The system to open the door (digital) can be complicated at the beginning . However , as soon as we get used is ok.
. Also the apartment was located at the ground floor which turn it a little bit noisy.
