Location
Where do I start? As I reported earlier, the place was old and in need of maintenance/repair. Carpets were beyond filthy. Furniture was worn out and broken down. Numbers on the stove knobs completely worn off. Screen to the deck kept falling off. No screen on the bedroom window so no chance for fresh air. (The only unit in the complex w no screen on the window.) Very sharp corners on the glass coffee table. (I was cut in this, and have pictures.) Front door to the unit has a big crack so is reinforced with a bolt. A previous guest’s dirty bath towel was hanging in the bathroom. Toilet clogged twice. Had to call for maintenance. Repair guy said it was a design problem. There’s more but will leave it at that. We have stayed at many places all over the world but unfortunately this was one of the worst. Now I see that other guests had complained about some of the same issues. But nothing has changed.
