Beautiful oceanfront Poipu condo in the closest complex to the water. This ground floor corner unit in Kuhio Shores offers stunning ocean views from every room, with the seawall and water just steps from your lanai.
This condo features one bedroom with a king bed, fully-equipped kitchen, laundry facilities on each floor, and there is an onsite manager.
Compared to other one bedroom units, our corner unit has several advantages. The view is spectacular--270 degrees. You can look out towards the bay and the green mountains beyond, and all the way around, down the coast of Poipu. Whales, porpoise, surfers and turtles can all be enjoyed out your door. Speaking of privacy, our bedroom is on the ocean side, not along the hallway on the parking lot side. All you hear are the waves, not late night departing or early arriving guests with their suitcases. The corner units are the largest one bedrooms by square footage with a larger living room area. Another advantage of our corner unit is the superior ventilation. Huge bay windows facing into the tradewinds allow flow through ventilation when the ocean side windows or sliding door are open.
And just in case the trade winds don't blow, we have central air conditioning.

The condo was clean and cool upon arrival. Everything stated in the listing was accurate. 109 is absolutely, without a doubt, the best condo on the property (and several passers by were quick to point that out). The only bad thing I can say about the place is that you might not want to leave it to go explore the rest of the island. We'd sit for hours just watching the turtles in the surf and the many excellent surfers catch wave after endless wave. The location was great! Lawa'i beach is right next door which we snorkeled daily. Allerton Garden (a must see) and Old Koloa Town are just minutes away. The condo kitchen had everything we needed and there's even a grilling area across the parking lot which came in handy for "burger night". The bed was comfortable, the shower was huge and the water temp and pressure were perfect. We had a very relaxing and peaceful stay and would definitely stay here again when visiting the south shore.

Enjoyed the beautiful ocean front view. However, there is public beach access that brings foot traffic right in front of the unit as beach goers.are walking in. There was a boogie board contest taking place which made for very heavy foot traffic every day and made our unit feel too public. We will not stay there again
