The condo faces South at the OCEAN and then wraps-around and faces West toward the SUNSET, ocean and Coast Line. Re-modeled. Upgraded bi-annually. King size beds in each bedroom, new bathroom vanity, pedestal sink. New living room furniture, new TV, new blue ray DVD. Main living space and dining area boast amazing views of the crashing waves through ceiling to floor windows and glass doors opening up to the south facing lanai. Best unit for watching spectacular sunrises and sunsets! Each bedroom has king-size beds with central air conditioning to ensure perfect temperatures for sleeping.
