Enjoy spectacular ocean views in one of Koloa’s most sought-after oceanfront condominiums. This south and west facing 2-bedroom, 2-bath corner condo has a unique view of Kauai's unsurpassed sunsets. Floor to ceiling windows, an elevated position on the third floor and a glass balcony railing provide unobstructed views of the ocean, just feet away. Enjoy watching surfers, dolphins, turtles and whales (in season) from your own balcony, or even from inside the condo! You will get an up-close view of the gorgeous parakeets that visit the property every morning and evening, and you may get to see a wedding at the restaurant next door.

This fully upgraded and stocked condo features granite countertops, solid wood cabinets, tile flooring, and air conditioning. Both bedrooms have king beds, and the living room couch doubles as a pull-out bed. Coin-operated laundry machines are conveniently located on the same floor.

The condo is steps from Lawai Beach, known for its snorkeling, and only a few minutes’ walk to Baby Beach, a quiet spot frequented by sunbathing sea turtles. Just outside the building is the Beach House, a great oceanfront restaurant. The condo is also within walking distance of The Shops at Kukui'ula, and a very quick drive to Poipu Beach, Sheraton Beach and Brenneke’s Beach. The location is fantastic!

This vacation property is the best we have ever stayed in! The furnishings are excellent and the views are incredible! The owners take great care of the condo and the unit is well located to visit all of the sites on the south and east side of Kauai. We highly recommend this property for a great visit to Kauai!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was a perfect location to watch the sunrises and sunsets, whales breaching, sea turtles, seals, dolphins, and surfers all from our balcony. The condo was clean and comfortable, and we loved all the amenities included. The location was perfect, easy check in and check out, and great communication. Our family cannot wait to return. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking, beds were comfortable but the pillows were not. Great supply of beach chairs, snorkel gear, coolers. Sliding screen door on deck does not work and needs replacing. Overall unit was clean but the bathrooms are showing wear, dirt and peeling paint. Ceiling fans in bedrooms squeak so couldn’t use while sleeping.

Location was incredible! Minute walks or a short drive from so many of Kauais beaches. The owners thought of everything! Beach gear, beach bags, a sun hat, ice chest, even baby gear like a high chair and small life vests. We couldn’t have be happier with our choice. And the views! Property is right next door to The Beach House restaurant and you can see incredible sunset views from your own living room. Comfy beds and all the supplies/toiletries you would need to be comfortable. We would 100% stay here again. We are so incredibly pleased and grateful with our choice!

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was beautiful, cozy, and well stocked. The view is stunning. My favorite was sitting out on the lanai watching surfers every morning and evening. Even after nightfall, I could (and did) sit out there for hours listening to the waves.waveswavescrash.

We picked #319 because of the beautiful corner views. Turtles and surfers in front, snorklers and gorgeous sunsets to the side. This unit is stunning. The beds are very comfortable and everything you need to prepare meals at home is provided. There was even a basket of snacks and a much appreciated bottle of wine waiting for us. A wonderful choice for couples or families.

Stayed a week here with the family and loved it. The deck is a great spot for waves all day, surfer watching in the am & pm, along with lots of turtle activity around 5pm. Old Koloa very close and a great spot to hang. Would recommend this for a great Koloa stay!

This is a beautiful property. The view is absolutely amazing. So beautiful. Sunsets were great even with all the rain and wind. Close to shopping and restaurants. Only drawback no swimming pool but beach access was easy. Ocean was extremely rough. We loved our time there

We spent 12 nights at this condo and couldn't have been happier! The condo is absolutely perfect - beautiful views, comfortable beds, extra clean, and had all the little extras that made the vacation memorable. Beach chairs, boogie boards, and towels were used daily! The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the location as it was a little quieter but close enough to walk to the shops and even Little Fish Coffee! Check in and checkout was very easy. The owners always responded quickly. They were very thoughtful too...leaving an extra special gift upon our arrival. Would definitely rent from them again!

This is a beautiful condo with a fantastic location. The condo is well supplied with everything that we needed and the hosts were very responsive to my questions. We really enjoyed watching the turtles swimming every day and the sunsets were spectacular. Would definitely recommend this unit and would love to stay here again on a future visit to Kauai.

I cannot say enough about this condo, the views are unbelievable. The sunsets off the lanai and just sitting in the living room were off the charts! This condo is in a great location close to Koloa, Poipu beach, shopping all within 15 minutes by car. The condo itself was excellent and the owners have done a wonderful job with decorating and keeping the condo nice. When we arrived it was very well stocked, we really only needed to go to the store for our food items. When we return we will definitely stay here again. Thank Haythem and Ashley for an unforgettable stay!

We had a great time here! Here are the “pros”: Loved watching the surfers and turtles from the balcony… Great views of the sunset and ocean! The kitchen is very well equipped, and lots of beach equipment in excellent condition. Excellent A/C system, comfortable and quiet! There were a couple of “cons”: The website pics make the unit appear much larger than it actually is; the TV location isn’t ideal as it is difficult to view from the family room sofa and chairs; there isn’t a dining area where all four people can sit and eat together; the Sonos speaker system is a bit complicated and not “Apple friendly”. That being said, overall this unit appears to be superior to those around it, and we surely enjoyed our stay!!

This was a beautifully updated condo in the heart of the popular zone of Kauai. We love the Poipu Beach area and this place is right in the heart of it. Condo is a corner unit allowing an ocean view just feet away and being a corner unit you get to enjoy gorgeous ocean sunsets as well! Condo has everything we needed. Layout was a little awkward for TV watching in main room but there was plenty to do other that watching tv. Lighting & switches were a little confusing with various ones (lights) that needed bulbs or just didn’t work. Minor stuff but overall a wonderful place to experience Poipu!

We just got back from 10 days in this amazing condo! Location is everything! Located walking distance to amazing snorkeling (I watched my husband and middle son from the window), Baby Beach, Riptides and more!!! We loved watching the surfers and turtles every day! The weddings at the Beach House made for excellent people watching and were never too loud or disruptive. The condo has everything too!!! From curling irons to snorkel gear to coolers for the beach, it is loaded which was absolutely so convenient!! The hosts are literally one message away and super communicative and helpful! Not a bad thing to say about this place. It’s perfection!

Everything from the amenities, to the cleanliness, to the awesome views was exceptional. The owners were wonderful w/ communication and helped make our stay wonderful. We were able to view sunsets, sea turtles, parakeets, and surfers from the private balcony. We didn't want to leave!

We chose to hike the Kalalau Trail first! The second day we took a boat tour to see the Kalalau mountains. We did find some trails too muddy and we could not find the cliffs that were beyond the caves. We saw turtles from the living area and watched more surfing than ever before. Today we take a helicopter ride and your Groove Farm. We found all the cooking items we needed as we are every meal at the apartment. We appreciate all the containers and the cooler! We recovered what we could. Thank you!
