Enjoy spectacular ocean views in one of Koloa’s most sought-after oceanfront condominiums. This south and west facing 2-bedroom, 2-bath corner condo has a unique view of Kauai's unsurpassed sunsets. Floor to ceiling windows, an elevated position on the third floor and a glass balcony railing provide unobstructed views of the ocean, just feet away. Enjoy watching surfers, dolphins, turtles and whales (in season) from your own balcony, or even from inside the condo! You will get an up-close view of the gorgeous parakeets that visit the property every morning and evening, and you may get to see a wedding at the restaurant next door.

Just outside the building is the Beach House, a great oceanfront restaurant. The condo is also within walking distance of The Shops at Kukui'ula, and a very quick drive to Poipu Beach, Sheraton Beach and Brenneke’s Beach. The location is fantastic!
