One of the closets was well stocked with all the beach gear (beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, coolers, boogie boards and more!) we would definitely come back to stay here!

This condo was so amazing! It had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect! We loved the oceanfront. It was peaceful and relaxing. We can not wait to stay here again. We would definitely want to stay in the same condo. The manager Greg was so helpful and responded in a quick manner. If your wondering if you should book this condo... do it! You will not regret it! Love love love it!

Was extremely humid in bedroom. So everything was damp. The large bedroom was great. Small one not so much. There was nowhere to put our clothes- lived out of our suitcase for 10 days! Need a dresser !

VIEWS…LOCATION…VIEWS!!! This condo is perfectly situated along the south shores in Kōloa. We had the option of getting a condo on the top floor with a balcony and I’m so glad we chose Greg’s condo on the bottom floor instead. There was nothing like opening the door and walking out to the view, the turtles, the surfers, sunrises and sunsets. Stunningly beautiful! It was a little noisy when there were people in the unit above us, the toilet flushing by them sounded like it was above your head coming through the ceiling. The sofa is not the one in the photo, it wasn’t comfortable and had a thick foam piece that isn’t covered. The minor inconveniences are far overshadowed by the beautiful location and views. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the island next!

Great location! Clean. Owner was very responsive with his messages. Laundry on each floor of the complex has change machine, need quarters. Beds were very comfortable. Keyless entry, so no need to worry about keys. Air conditioning was very nice. I look forward to another stay here

The condo was in a perfect location and we loved being able to walk out the sliding door to the green grass and water. Greg was very easy to communicate with and gave us great information regarding activities and restaurant recommendations before our arrival. Would definitely come back!

This is the best place to stay if you want to stay near Lawai. The view is amazing and you are steps from the ocean. The unit is beutiful, spacious and very comfy.

The view from this property is unmatched. Truly amazing. However the furniture represented in the pictures, specifically outside, is not what is currently there. We had one wood chaise lounge with no cushion (making it unusable) and four solid wood chairs that were extremely uncomfortable with no back cushions and ill-fitting seat cushions. These were likely chosen for durability with the sea air but were extremely uncomfortable. We opted to just use the Tommy Bahama chairs that came with the unit to sit outside instead. The unit is very well stocked with anything you might need, from kitchen supplies to beach chairs. The couch in the unit has also been updated from the pictures and is really awkward to sit on (hard to explain how; you’d just have to experience it). Overall, a good unit. Pictures should be updated to accurately reflect what is currently there, and I would recommend new outdoor furniture or at least invest in cushions for comfort (and for the chaise lounge to be usable).

This condo has the most incredible view, right on the ocean. Much better than the photos. It’s right next to one of the best restaurants- The. Beach House. Amazing sunsets. Poipu beach is about a mile and half from the condo. You can snorkel there and see the turtles & monk seals. The beds are very comfortable with really nice sheets. It’s an older condo that has been remodeled.Greg is easy to communicate with and very responsive. We hope to be back again someday.

Property description & pictures were correct. Condo was clean & had all amenities needed for a great oceanfront stay. Plenty of free parking, complex was quiet.Furniture could use an update as sofa/chairs were uncomfortable. But beds were very comfortable.Can’t beat the location & oceanfront view for watching surfers, turtles & got to see Humpbacks right from the lanai.Definitely would stay again.

We spent a very pleasant 5 days in Kauai at this condo. The accommodations were perfect for the 3 of us. The bedrooms are spacious and the mattresses very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with anything a cook needs to create delicious meals, and the view is amazing. This cond is in a great location for walking to beaches, and shopping. The other guests and owners in the building are very friendly and gave us great advice about restaurants and sites to visit...and where to find change for the washers and dryers.

Wow! The pictures are accurate. The condo is in the best location with sunrise and sunset views. Amazing! The condo is well appointed. The owner has everything you need for a perfect beach day. We utilized the chairs, cooler, umbrella and snorkel gear. All was in good condition. We enjoyed watching the turtles from the back yard. We also used the binoculars to whale watch. The condo is comfortable. The beds are nice, plenty of water pressure and hot water. The condo was also quiet and allowed us to rest well after a busy day of activities. We snorkeled all over the island, but honestly the best snorkeling was in the little cove right next to the condo. There were turtles galore! Our teenage daughters also loved laying in the grass behind the condo to get some sun. It was wonderful to drink coffee every morning, watch the sunrise and listen to the waves crash. The owner provided excellent communication. He gave us tips on where to go for hikes, tours, beaches and good. He was very helpful! We would stay here again.

I have stayed at Kuhio Shores before, many years ago (early 1980s) in a different ground floor unit, and it was great to revisit. The good things: It was great to be next to the ocean with just the narrow strip of lawn separating the lanai from the ocean - hearing the waves was exactly what I had hoped. Fantastic view of the ocean, of course! Nice kitchen, and the closet full of gear was wonderful, especially the beach chairs and umbrella. First aid kit, too. Separate AC in each bedroom as well as in the living area was great, so we could tailor to comfort level. The not as good things: the furniture overall could use a refresh; the couch and chair cushions (which seem to be foam pads with fabric cover) are pretty much broken down and all covers could use a good wash or replace all. The master bedroom is a bit dark, with poor lighting even with both lamps and the lights over the sink turned on. Although the drop lights at the sink area worked, there is a central spotlight over the sink that did not work. Also, the light in the shower area would randomly go out. The bed in the master bedroom had a "well-used" feel - it is worn out with the typical "low sink spots" on both left and right sides. I tried to sleep in the center so there was a bit more support. Overall, a mostly comfortable condo in a perfect location. The Beach House next door, Koloa shops and restaurants minutes away, easy drive to Hanapepe and Polihale. Can't go wrong with the location!

We celebrated our 25th anniversary in Kauai and were thrilled with our choice of accommodations! We drove all over the island and could not have picked a better location. Easy access to Waimea Canyon, our helicopter tour, Wailua River kayak, wonderful dinner choices, cute shops in Koloa, and even a beautiful drive to the North Shore one day. So, this location works perfect for any activity you are doing. The kitchen is fully stocked. The beds are super comfy. The AC works. The owner is so kind and responsive. But the most epic part is the view! It cannot be beat. Just book it. You will not be sorry.

This condo was amazing! The location couldn't be better. Right on the water. You can see the sea turtles come in and feed right out the front door. Lawai beach is super close and great for snorkeling with the gear provided at the condo. Food, grocery, and shops super close. Instructions were all super clear and communication was quick and easy if we had any questions. Was the perfect place to stay for our first trip to Kauai!
