Was a very enjoyable stay. Ideal base for sight seeing.

Ideal location for visiting son who is based at the naval base. Parking space at rear of property. Large bedroom and livingroom, both of which were very comfortable.

Reversing into car park space was a challenge

i stay here when ever i come to see my son and friends very comfortable everything one needs

the place is like a home from home perfect for my need visiting family and some old friends the landlord very helpful he could add later check out time for an extra charge say till 2pm as i over sleep but he was very understanding thats why i say he should add that option and earn from it . but very comfortable everything one needs highly recommended

My number 1 place to stay! Nothing like coming back to this wonderful apartment after a hard day's work. So comfortable with everything I need. The host is so helpful and great at replying to messages when I needed to contact them about my arrival.

The channel 5USA was a bit jumpy so I missed watching NCIS. However it meant I got to go to bed early and snuggle in the great bedroom!

Great Communication from James, appliances and kitchen all set to a high standard, and an ideal location for Plymouth Dockyard. The private parking was an added bonus.

Great facility, good value for money

Living room and bedroom immaculate. TV, console, games and board games were available. Good location, private parking for one car. Good kitchen facilities with washing machine and microwave.

The only thing that could be improved is the shower. While taking a shower, the temperature of the water changed suddenly. A window privacy film would also be useful for the bathroom window

Gostei imenso de conhecer Plymouth, mas temos pena do anfitrião não pensar em remodelar a cama.

espaçoso, arejado, bem situado, junto à estação de combóios de Keyham

ausência de secador de cabelo, sofás desgastados, sendo 2 só havia uma toalha de cara, faca de cozinha partida. Mas os maiores problemas estão concentrados na cama. Além de ser curta, o colchão era um trapo sem consistência nenhuma. Após uma viagem de avião até Bristol e depois de autocarro até Plymouth, cansados, jamais esperávamos encontrar uma situação semelhante: Assim que nos deitámos na cama, ambos caímos para o centro, o colchão faz uma cova em "V" , desconfortáveis, sem conseguir adormecer, fomos verificar a causa. Verificámos que o estrado da cama tinha as ripas desencaixadas e debaixo das ripas havia lixo, coisas velhas, tais como 2 sacos de plástico contendo papéis e fios eléctricos cheios de pó. Concertámos as ripas e tentámos dormir. De regresso à nossa casa, depois de 3 noites passadas neste apartamento, fui ler os comentários dos anteriores hóspedes sobre o tema "cama", e havendo queixas já com 2 anos, e com conhecimento do anfitrião, achamos (a nosso ver) ele ter tido tempo suficiente para solucionar a questão. Não adianta pedir desculpa se esta situação não mudar, certo?! Obrigada!
