Air con, very spacious and generally well appointed.

There are no gardens just concrete and weeds! No clothes horse, no large brush to sweep the floor, couldn’t fathom out how the TV worked. Very arduous climb from the sea front espc given the heat.

Good location to visit the surrounding areas. Clean, practical with everything you need for a comfortable stay bar your groceries. Sea views as well as views of the Fort Mont Alban and the Citadel.

Only negative I could possibly find if being a little fussy is the mattress isn’t the best.

Handy for the town centre. Good dining table. Good shower in family bathroom. Air conditioning (for heating as it was cold). Good desk for working (we needed to work). Decent Wi-Fi

No lift. If you have heavy bags and/or are infirm then this could be an issue. Main bed needs a new matress. Shower in ensuite had leaking shower hose (reproted to the manager). Not enough pans (especially smaller ones) to cook seriously - but fine if you are eating out for most main meals.

This apartment has a brilliant location, quiet with easy access to the old town, bus stops and fabulous local Italian restaurant. It was very hot during our week 30+ so the air con was great and did not let us down.

another guest has also mentioned the poor bed. It was very lumpy and uncomfortable with a paper overlay that rustled as you slept. the pillows have also seen better days as have the dark grey threadbare towels. the sofa which acts a sofa bed was dirty with large cushions that moved off the side when you sat down. Having read such positive reviews we were disappointed with the lack of upgrade, dirty blinds and poor towels. had we not paid over €2200 for 7 x nights, may have forgiven some of the issues above but we should have had better attention for the money we paid.
