Location, layout of apartment, nicely renovated, air conditioning effectiveness, amenities, attention to detail and attentiveness of the owner was amazing.

THE BEST!!!

Oh where to start? What an amazing stay. The host really think about everything you may need. Genuine passion and hard work goes to managing this apartment. I start from location - absolute gem especially when you are driving. Straight road right from motorway so easy to navigate without going deep into city. Additionally parking is free which is nowadays hard to find. Apartment has a lift, air conditioning, and all amenities you would need during the stay. Owner really thinks about everything to make your life as easy as possible. We have been travelling a lot and this one of the cleanest apartment we rented - literally implacable- so much details are cared of. Fantastic shover, towels and bedding all so comfortable. Host provides so many information about travelling possibilities, ferry timetable, restaurants etc. Communication with host is amazing he is happy to answer any questions. Ferry to cinque terre short walk away and if you prefer train bus to the train station - the stop is next to the apartment and only takes 10-15 mins. The host left us a small gift which was so appreciated! I can’t even tell you all the details but he really thinks about everything from cold water in the fridge to instructions of use for washing machine! It is a must location if you want to visit cinque terre! You will not regret it. Robert is amazing host who truly look after you - he is super friendly and genuinely nice guy! Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

The apartment was very clean,light and airy. There was lots of cupboards, and instructions were clearly written, often in both Italian and English. It had everything we needed including an iron and ironing board. The building is secure and quiet. Shops are within an easy walking distance. This experience is better than most others on our trip so far.

This was not a big deal but It would have been helpful to have heavier curtains on the bedroom window to block out the light.

Ho soggiornato un weekend con la mia famiglia ed è stato tutto perfetto! La posizione della struttura risulta molto comoda per spostarsi a piedi a laspezia e raggiungere comodamente le 5 terre col treno. L'appartamento grande e pulito, è dotato di tutti i confort necessari. Il proprietario Robert si è dimostrato molto accogliente, gentile ed estremamente disponibile. Inoltre ci ha fornito indicazioni precise e dettagliate su Spezia e dintorni che hanno reso la nostra permanenza indimenticabile. Torneremo sicuramente!

Très commode et facilité par la présence de Robert qui nous a guidé pour que notre séjour soit parfait, encore milles me

Robert, l’hôte était très présent pour nous donner toutes sortes d’infos et de conseils sur la ville et les cinque terre. L’appartement était très spacieux et agréable, notamment avec la climatisation. L’appartement est à proximité de toutes les comodites (commerces, pharmacie, tabac, ligne de bus, centre ville à 10-15min à pied). La grande rue permet de se garer gratuitement à même pas 5min à pied de l’appartement. Tout était génial !

Appartement propre, grand, très bien équipé, bien placé proche embarcadère, places de parking gratuites et supermarché à proximité. Accès facile et sécurisé. Conforme aux photos. Propriétaire très réactif et attentionné (petit cadeau de bienvenue et bouteilles d'eau fraîche appréciables) aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. A recommander.

Appartement confortable, très propre et idéalement situé.

L'appartement était d'une propreté irréprochable avec tout le nécessaire. Le propriétaire est disponible pour répondre aux questions et fournit de nombreux conseils pour se restaurer, trouver une place de parking non payante et visiter les lieux touristiques. De plus, il prend soin de ses hôtes avec de délicates attentions ( eau fraîche à notre arrivée et petit cadeau souvenir) et se soucie de leur bien-être en demandant régulièrement des nouvelles dont notamment la température de l'appartement. Nous conseillons sans hésiter cette location à la Spezia pour visiter les "cinque terre". Cette ville est très plaisante ( rue piétonne très riches en magasins et restaurants, joli port, ville propre et arborée) et beaucoup plus belle que Levanto qui est aussi une des villes encadrant les "cinque terre".

Tout était parfait. La spezia est une jolie ville qui bouge donc la circulation est permanente y compris la nuit. Cela n est pas dérangeant car les sublimes visites touristiques des alentours remplissent les journées et sont très fatigantes donc il n'est pas difficile de s'endormir.

Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie Lärm war alles sehr gut

Wohnung war sauber und gross genug für 3 Tage, mit 2 Kindern. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Der Lärm von oben, da wurde gehämmert und geschliffen. Der Nachbar liess den Fernseher bis Mitternacht an, man konnte fast alles hören, sehr hellhörige Wände.

El departamento es super espacioso, cómodo y bien equipado. Robert se encargó de dejar todo indicado y señalizado lo que hace todo más fácil. Por otro lado, para quienes vengan en auto el parking es medio complicado. Nosotros usamos el kennedy que esta a 2 cuadras, su subterráneo y más económico que el parking de la calle.
