Location , spacious , comfortable beds . Good showers .

Very noisy front bedroom - motorcycles rev along late at night , windows bit double glazed . Difficult to access - code to open a gate , then 2 doors with codes in under ground passage , then across a courtyard to another code to a door to access the 2nd floor apartment !!!!that is every time you go out ‘ in . Hot - no air conditioning just fans .

Location is fantastic. One can walk from the train station and all around the old town easily. Close to many restaurants and historical venues

The location is near the city center so you can visit Dijon by foot. It is located next to the stop of the free shuttle that also stops at the trainstation which makes it easy accessible by public transportation. The rooms are nice, the beds are good as well. There are 3 bathrooms so perfect to stay with multiple couples.

Downside of the location is that it is located next to the first street we're cars pass with respect of the car free city center. Shouldn't be a big issue but the windows are simple glas in old weared out wooden frame. The result is that the streets sound are really load - sleeping in the room next to the road feels like sleeping on the street. With traffic till 2am and restarting near 6am, the nights are short. Not a place for a calm holiday. Furthermore , we booked it for Christmas with family but the kitchen didn't match the description. On booking.com a microwave oven was mentioned that we would like to use for heating sauces but down the road he was not foreseen. Complaining at the renter srloc.com we got only a cooking lesson ... you can use the oven to heat meals ... rather than a correct solution as the oven was in use for heating the meat. For 1800euro for 4 nights we expect a much better customer attitude of the renter. In the end we needed to improvise to get all the siders and sauces warm...
