Fabulous location. The apartment was super roomy and very quiet .

Superb

We had to check in at Hotel de Ducs a 5 minute walk away to get our key, and then carry our luggage to Residence de Ducs. In hindsight I wish we drove to Residence de Ducs to quickly unload and then looked for a space, however the reception desk team were very friendly and informative in regards to where to park, they also welcomed our Dog with loving arms and even a little bag of treats. The room was superb, so much space, everything we needed and great air con.

Only downside is the smell in the corridor of the Residence De ducs which is from the restaurant next door is quite strong however our room didn't smell at all so wasn't an issue.

The location is great, the room is nice, spacious and clean.

Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast area/restaurant. Since they are allowed in most restaurants in Dijon we just had breakfast elsewhere.

Well located room and good for a one night stay.

Very well located in the centre of Dijon. Comfortable bed, very clean and a huge bathroom. Water provided in the fridge and tea and coffee making facilities too.

The room was very comfortable but lacked atmosphere. As we were in the annex 5 mins walk from the hotel we felt a bit cut off. Parking was quite a walk from the hotel - we could have parked on the street but we had a car full of ski gear so didn’t want to leave it on show.

best location in Dijon, ultra central but yet very quiet. Excellent bed and a superb bathroom. The room isn’t big but it is very well distributed

Very Good and Comfortable

Stayed for one night Dec 21, Fantastic room less than 50 m from the main square, well appointed, comfortable and spacious, we had a room in the apartment block that is about 500 m from the actual Hotel, due to temporary road works it was hard work driving to the property but the Hotel had parking and that worked out fine, dog friendly, Hotel and Dijon come recommended

No parking available near the hotel. Website mentioned that parking was available but it is a public one not from the hotel and not very close from the hotel. We just parked in the street.

Great stopover to break a journey, and being central to the town there are lots of places to eat

Very spacious and stylish apartment, with good shower, fridge and kettle. Very well situated for the city centre - out of the door and you are straight into a lovely square with fountains and cafes. I didn't realise when I booked it that this was in an annex away from the main hotel, but that didn't really matter. Paid for the room upfront which meant I didn't have to go back to the main hotel on the morning of checkout.

Parking was quite a way away from the hotel and annex - we had to park outside the hotel while I nipped in to pay and pick up the keys, then they gave me a map to drive to the underground car park, then there was a 10 min walk back to get to the room. Parking was paid for separately.

Pas de parking. Uniquement parking public souterrain (11euros par 24h) à environ 6-8 minutes à pieds. Pas possible de stationner à proximité.
