Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Large rooms, great kitchen, lots of sun both sides. Very good air-conditioning. Exceptional location on edge of old town. Felt like a home.

Really convenient and spacious apartment short walk from the center of town.

Really big apartment is a great location. Loved the size of the rooms and big beds. It felt like home. Great sofa bed in the living room as well and the living room has doors so excellent 3rd bedroom if needed. It was a really short walk into old town and we just loved Dijon, so much to see and do.

We didn't have any hot water for the duration of our stay. We asked but it was never fixed or followed up on.

Very clean with all amenities! Lots of room. Washer and dryer included. Great shower. Comfy lounge room. Warm and cosy. Onsite parking was great though small.

It’s a tight car park if you have a large car-but our medium SUV Volvo squeezed in.

A fully renovated and delightful find in Dijon

This apartment had everything we needed and was located just a short walk from the city center of Dijon. It was very clean and quiet at night. And we appreciated the air conditioning during the recent high temperatures. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would stay again if we were in Dijon.

Comfortable, Cosy and Close to Everything

This is one of the most comfortable apartments we have ever stayed in and ticks all the boxes for everything. It is spotlessly clean, the beds are super comfortable, the towels and linen are fantastic and the air conditioning was amazing while France sweltered through some of its hottest days on record. The kitchen was well equipped and our wonderful host left us some welcome surprises in the fridge. We were so impressed with this place and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We can highly recommend this property for visitors to beautiful Dijon. Thank you for your hospitality.

Excellent in every way

Ms Marie went way out of her way to accommodate us after our previous booking left us on the street for 2 hours and never showed up. She let us check in to her beautiful apartment at 11:30pm after we had travelled for 12 hours all day. she had beverages in the frige and a list of important numbers. All amenities were provided and AC in every room. we had an amazing stay in Dijon because of this owner. we love you Ms Marie and we will come back some day!!! 5 stars

Exceptional

Stunning apartments with attention to every detail. The apartment has EVERYTHING. Even a yoga mat. And a selection of different coffee capsules. A million towels! Fresh and good clothes! The kitchen balcony is amazing! He goes to the roof of the house, where there is greenery! The owner Marie is very attentive and kind! I highly recommend!

Super clean, better equipped than my own home, safe and well located, close to the center and to Carrefour. The host is super available and really kind, she even left a few items for us in the kitchen, like juice, madeleines S2.

Absolutely perfect stay!

We had absolutely perfect stay! The location of the apartment is perfect -5-7 minutes from historical center by foot, but very calm , in a very nice residential district. No noise, very quiet. Very easy to find and no problem to return back at night. The apartment itself is very spacious, light and very clean. living room, a large kitchen and two spacious bedrooms. The heating works very good! Marie is just a fantastic host! She met us exactly at agreed time and showed everything. The apartment has all the comfort of 5 star hotel - mattresses, pillows, bed linen are very comfortable. There are even bathrobes! Apartment is very tastefully decorated and you have everything nessesary if you wish to cook and eat at home. Marie provides her guests with tea and coffee, other basic nessesaties. And the supermarket, Carrefour City, is just 50 metres from the apartment. We had a very enjoyable stay. Dijon is a charming city and we hope to be back. I absolutely recommend this place!

Homely and clean

Apartment was located in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to the city center (10 min walk). Everything was very clean, organised and recently renovated. Our host, Marie, gave a us a warm and friendly welcome and showed us the whole apartment, including the garage area. The well-equipped kitchen and the Carrefour right at corner allowed us to have nice breakfasts every day of our stay.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft an einer ruhigen Lage in einer sicheren Nachbarschaft.

Die Wohnung ist schön hell und schön eingerichtet. Die Küche und Stube sind beide sehr grosszügig und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Zudem hat es genügend Platz. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Ebenfalls hat es für die kühlen Tage genügend Heizkörper. Die Abwicklung, sprich Schlüsselübergabe hat vortrefflich funktioniert. Die Internetverbindung/WIFI war sehr gut. Was auch wichtig ist, die Wohnung roch gut. (am Anfang noch nach dem Putzmittel) Wir waren immer auswärts essen und dafür benötigt man etwa 5-15 Min um das Ziel zu erreichen.

Eigentlich haben wir wirklich nichts zu beanstanden. Für wirklich super lärmempfindliche Personen, könnte die Lüftung etwas irritieren. Ich bin eher lärmempfindlich, jedoch hatte ich mich bereits nach der ersten Nacht daran gewöhnt.

Adorei a limpeza do apartamento. Tudo o q precisamos encontramos no apartamento. Havia um supermercado na esquina, excelente para café da manhã. A proprietária deixou tudo bem explicado, com dicas locais. A localizaçao era excelente , assim como o espaço do apartamento. Adoramos.

Faço apenas uma observação para ficar excelente, seria ter dois locais de vaso sanitário.
