Perfect base for exploring Dijon!

If I had to make one comment, loo is not on the same level as bedroom & bathroom.

Parking is listed as a facility. There is a very convenient 24hrs parking garage very close but it's not a facility of the property and personally I think the listing is misleading. Also whilst it says kitchenette, if you wanted to cook a big meal, you would really struggle as there's no ventilation/hood and the hob is a single plug in electric portable one

Great location, recently refirbished, well equipped , very clean

Clean, well equipped, well located.

We were unaware of the staircase ( turning and small) without the availability of a staircase. At a certain age with health problems, having to carry our luggage up ourselves, that is not what we were looking for. Maybe this should be made crystal clear in advance. The flooring was tiled or wood, except for the bedroom which was full carpet… again, with pets being allowed, which is not optimal for people with allergies. But overall we did enjoy our short stay and would like to return to Maison Tillot in Dijon, and ask for a room ground level. Maybe the owners could find another place to store the hoover and mop for the floor than in the already ever so small loo? 🙏🏼😉

Great location and excellent local bars and restaurants

We had a front door code plus a key safe to navigate. The cleaner let us into the apartment before we get the key from the safe. which was very kind of her. We only stayed one night but the property is well positioned and we would definitely return to the city and this property. We only used the kitchen for a light supper.

the wash hand basin tap was stylish but wobbly and didn't inspire confidence that it wouldn't break, which it didn't but we felt concern nonetheless.

Enjoyable stay in Dijon

The location was very good, right in the centre of Dijon. The standard of the apartment was good and it has been well renovated, although that is perhaps a little while back.

There was minimal contact with the owners and what there was, was very straight to the point. We find it good and interesting to have at least some contact with the owners and it helps to make the stay more enjoyable. We were unable to deposit our luggage in the apartment before check in. The kitchen is adequately equipped, but there are no small helpful items such as herbs and spices, except for salt and pepper.

Stylish apartment close to the centre of Dijon.

The apartment is ideally located for visiting Dijon old town, and also accessing the train station. The decor was stylish and the living room very light and spacious.

The bathroom layout was a little awkward, with a rather impractical hand-wash basin in the bedroom and the loo down the corridor.

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful city.

Lovely apartment in a charming little square. Very quiet, very comfortable and very clean even though it is right near the centre of town.

The tight spiral staircase would make it impossible for the elderly or toddlers.

Careful when booking for the summer

Access to the appartment was very easy and the location was close to many restaurants and bars. Also, the place was very clean and also very secure.

This specific appartment is one spread over two floors at the top of the building (maisonette) with the beds being at the top floor, just underneath the roof. Unfortunately there is no air condition in the bedroom (or anywhere else in the flat, actually) - just a small window of which one wing the size of an A3 sheet opens. Imagine this in the middle of August when the summer sun heats up the room during the day through the roof. "Open all doors" to create a better ventilation you might say. Great idea. Unfortunately there seems to be a problem with the drain pipe, because that's what you smell from the bathroom next door - so that door we kept firmly closed. "Funny", by the way, when in reviews other guests praise the wonderfully smelling shower gels that are provided, when you stand in the bathroom next to those cosmetics and all you smell is the odours of a drain pipe. Talking of the bathroom: there is a nice rain shower in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the person who fitted it must have been the same "professional" who fitted the drain pipe - or alternatively the person is just not that tall. Because if you are taller than 1.85m then you simply won't fit under that rain shower. Which means it's not that nice for you after all. As advertised, the suite is close to a lively area with bars and restaurants. Which is nice on one hand, but on the other hand it means that quite a lot of people in groups walk home after a good night out. The good news is that the street becomes quiet after around 2am (at 1:30am there were actually some people playing football in the street). This is of course not the fault of whoever rents out this flat - but there is no air condition, and in August you need to keep that window open if you want to live. So if you like things quiet, then keep this in mind before you book this flat in the summer. Okay, there is no air condition, but surely there must be a fan or something?!

A lovely apartment situated in the heart of Dijon.

We got apartment with terrace, and we thoroughly enjoyed the delightful patio area. It provided us with a wonderful spot to relax and unwind.

The apartment is divided into two floors, and it posed a slight inconvenience that the restrooms were located solely on the first floor, rather than being conveniently close to the bedroom.

Quiet room in convenient location

The room is in a very good location, very close to the Dijon Ville train station and about 5-10 mins walk from the town centre. The property is in a quiet court with no traffic. There was an L shaped sofa, and large screen smart TV with streaming services. Picture quality was good, sound quality was fair. The bed was large and comfortable. We appreciated the facilities for making tea.

Wifi was so weak we couldn’t browse online or send emails. We didn’t expect weren't that the shower and handbasin would be in the bedroom, as the description said there was a bathroom. There was a separate toilet. It did not flush well.

Beautiful appartment! Perfect location in a stunning city. Easy acces and parking nearby if you arrive by car. The beds were comfortable, and we would love to come back again.
