Morgan made the stay very lovely as he enquired after my comfort every time I saw him.
Morgan on reception was particularly helpful. I requested hot water and milk and the staff could not understand that I wanted to make tea. Despte several wrong deliveries (a large glass of cold milk) the staff kept going until I had what I wanted. Similarly my dinner was left sitting on the counter for 40 mins but when I spotted this and requested the meal be re made they did so.
The staff are all super helpful but better training would pay off.

Nice play to stay but no courtesy tray
Friendly staff, good location, comfortable bed, nice bathroom and *great* breakfast buffet with good coffee (served by a barista.)
No courtesy tray with kettle and tea/coffee in the room. No complimentary bottled water. Lots of "gimmicky" touches (e.g. messages on mirrors, animal masks on bed posts) at the detriment of basics such as a courtesy tray.

My room was a little too dark and needed better lighting. It also needed a dresser or closet for clothing.

Unlike other Mama Shelters, this Mama Shelter is located right in the city center. Because it also offers larger rooms, this hotel is also suitable for the more “luxurious” traveler. As with every Mama Shelter, the breakfast is extensive and fantastic. Restaurant is ok, nice ambiance.
