La Volière Dijon Transvaal

Appartement très propre, fonctionnel et bien chauffé. Très bien situé. Rien à redire. Notre logeuse etait tres prevenante et attentionnée. L'acces au logement très bien expliqué.

In theory, this is a really nice apartment with really pretty details in an interesting house. Also, the old town is just a few steps away.

Some months ago, people have vandalized the apartment, there are massive damages on walls & ceiling and ugly stains on the couch. The landlord knows about this but has not fixed it - and they only tell you some minutes before check-in. Check-in is a catastrophy - the address is wrong, the description to the key box is off by some 150 meters, the code for the keybox is wrong... and no one can be reached by phone. We waited for over an hour in 40°C heat. Also, in the apartment there was a smell in one of the bedrooms as if someone had smoked there. And there was some mold in the bathroom.
