Beautiful house in a beautiful location!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was beautifully decorated, beds comfy, views amazing and fully equipped with literally everything you need for a weekend away including those bits that are usually missing elsewhere (we even managed to cook a full roast with absolutely no problem!). The location was perfect, giving our teens freedom to wander about town (they enjoyed the arcades and mini golf), easy access to all the amenities and beautiful coastal walks straight from the house. Highlights for us were the view, watching the stream train leave every hour (great for our 6 year old!), breakfast pastries from the bakeries and the luxury feel to the house. We will be back!

Parking was a bit of a faff but not a problem to drop all our stuff and then find on street parking nearby. We found we didn’t really need our car much so it didn’t detract from our holiday.

Wonderful property comfortable house.

Very well located in Swanage. Beautifully maintained-every thing was brand new. All our needs were catered for. The outside area was lovely but sadly the weather wasn’t warm enough for us to use it. Great views!

If I had to be super picky, the curtains in the back bedroom were difficult to open and close due to the curved curtain pole.

Fabulous stay!

The house is amazing, we really enjoyed our stay. It is spotless and every detail was thought of with the host leaving us a few things to start us off on our stay. We would highly recommend this property. The host is incredibly helpful and very quick to respond if you have questions.

Fabulous location and property

Great attention to detail with respect to facilities in the kitchen. Comfortable living and outside space. A good size for 6 people. Good location for the town, bus routes and long stay car parking

Perfect accommodation!

Extremely well equipped and with amazing views over Swanage. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and town with plenty of great food choices available. The Black Swan, The Corner (Italian), and Purbeck Plaza (for tapas) were particularly excellent. Owners left a lot of information to help the stay run smoothly, and the house was immaculately clean and very comfortable, including brilliant outdoor spaces.

Awesome house close to the beach!

A really superb house in a great location in an awesome town. The kitchen was amazing with everything you could need and the garden was lovely.

Can't really think of much! Some road noise at night if you are a light sleeper but that's about it!

This is a first class property and I would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

The property is beautifully furnished and has every mod con. The outside space is also very lovely and presents several opportunities for outdoor living in the right weather. The views are stunning. The bedrooms are very spacious, as are the bathroom and downstairs toilet. The beds were very comfortable too. Everything in this property has been carefully planned and beautifully executed. The location is also ideal - just a short walk down to the town and beach.

If there was one small negative it is that the street can be a little bit noisy with the odd passing car and late night revellers in the evening if you have the windows open. This didn’t detract from our enjoyment of the property though.

The house was both beautiful on the outside and inside with stunning views. Exceptionally clean, well equipped and comfortable. All mod cons throughout and excellent communication with the owner. Would thoroughly recommend.

Beautifully modernised house in a great location with lovely views out the back. Tastefully decorated throughout with very comfortable beds in large bedrooms and a massive upstairs bathroom with a freestanding bath and large walk-in shower. Also another walk-in shower downstairs with a WC and basin in the cloakroom / utility room. Well equipped and modern kitchen.

No private parking on site but street parking was free and easy to find during the time we were there. We parked pretty much opposite the property.

A luxury house to stay in close to the beach and shops

Everything! It was beautiful. Clean, spacious and nicely laid out. Wonderful views and everything you could want plus things you didnt know you wanted A really luxurious place to stay. Great communication from owners too.

Lovely house

Very good communication Excellent instructions to enter the property and extensive folder inside. Fixtures and fittings very high quality. All rooms were comfortable, well furnished and good size. All spotlessly clean. The views from the property are great even on a cloudy cold February day. The outside space is really well appointed on 3 levels. Unfortunately due to weather we were not able to make the most of this. The house was really warm and great controls for lighting and heating. Kitchen was particularly well equipped with lots of appliances. Beds were really comfy and main bathroom very spacious.

Nothing it was great, parking for 3 cars was a bit of a challenge but we managed.

Warm, comfortable, welcoming and well equipped

Very clean, warm and well equipped. Good proximity to the town and beaches/coast. Lots of space and very comfortable beds. Great views from the back of the house and the garden is very well laid out with sun beds and patio equipment. Parking can be a little problematic and I would imagine is more difficult in the summer, but really for us it didn't detract at all from the property which has obviously been well cared for and worked so well for the 4 of us.

Parking/unloading took a little planning but really not too much of a problem.
