The flat is beautifully presented and in a brilliant location. The owners are generous and easy to get hold of.

It's not ao much a dislike, the bathroom is a little small and would benefit from a shower mat. But it's a niggle rather than a dislike

What a wonderful stay we had here! The property is just in the perfect location, a stone-throw from town with private parking spot too. It is a lovely apartment - 2 bed, 1 bathroom and well designed. The kitchen is brilliant - well designed and well appointed too. Beds are v comfy and main bedroom spacious. Every detail is thought of and provided, even as far as a welcome gift. Very thoughtful and much appreciated. Bathroom is compact but well designed accordingly and the shower is large and very good - hot and powerful. Heating in the place is great and can be controlled as desired, heating up quickly if needed. Finally, the hosts were just brilliant - responsive at every part of our stay and couldn't have been better. Thanks so much - couldn't speak more highly and will definitely be returning!

At first, we couldn't find the lockbox as we were at the wrong property a couple down from the right one but after phoning the owner, he quickly directed us and it was then easy to locate. Making it clear in the instructions that you can access the front of the property via a side-walkway from the back car park as we weren't sure if we could and hence pulled up at the front with hazard lights on, quickly unloaded everything and then moved the car around the back whereas had we known we could access via the side-walk from the back, we would have parked there from the outset for the unloading. Only a very minor point to note!

The hosts had provided tea, coffee and and milk and cereals and various other items including wine, crisps, biscuits in a welcome basket. That was very thoughtful and welcome.

The only place to stay in Swanage.

This must be the best place to stay in Swanage; perfect location but simply amazing attention to detail in the flat. The best sleep in the most comfortable beds with top quality bedding. Everything you could ever need and all top quality just like a 5* hotel…but more room ! Fabulous host who helped us get in after a late arrival. Really can’t praise this place any more - Top class.

Host put milk in the fridge for us - there were biscuits, tea and coffee provided. Even wine and crisps! Host picked up phone instantly when i couldn't remember the key box code. Could not hav ebeen nicer.

Absolutely Fantastic

The whole stay honestly exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless and really well looked after. It felt cosy and welcoming as soon as we walked in which made it easy to relax straight away. Everything looked just like the photos and had a really nice, calm feel to it. The location was spot on. Quiet enough to chill out but still close to the beach, shops and places to eat so we could just enjoy the time without any stress. The host was great. Really easy to talk to, quick to reply and made the whole check in process simple which I appreciated. We genuinely had a brilliant stay and would definitely book again. It made the whole trip feel special.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment close to the beach and town centre. Definitely recommended.

Great location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Spacious rooms, comfortable couch and beds. Fabulous feather doonas (duvets). Very well stocked with wine, crisps, coffee pods, milk, tea and condiments. Very good to have off street free parking and clear instructions.

Not much, mostly updated. Owner mentioned the plans for a substantial spend to completely replace the windows. Perhaps consider replacing the hardware to make them latch more tightly as there are already double glazed glass panels in the windows.

First time I’ve written a review but not the last time I hope to visit High Tide.

This really was a home from home. Immaculately clean, High Tide was beautifully decorated, cosy and comfortable, Andy and Gill provided clear pre-visit information and had also thought of all the little extras we might need while we were there.

The two sets of stairs were a little challenge for my elderly parent, but this was easily compensated by the balcony and beautiful view to the sea.

Perfect accommodation!

Beautiful apartment, very clean and comfortable. Perfectly equipped, really nothing is missing. It’s really close to the beach and the town center. Railway station and bus station are only 5 minutes by foot. Nice sea view from the balcony. A bottle of wine, beer, milk and a lot of other goods were provided by the owners, just right after a really long journey. Full recommendation from us. We really enjoyed our trip to southern England, what a beautiful landscape, old villages and towns, castles and gardens. We expected a lot, but it was even more! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Fantastic October stay in Swanage

Lovely apartment and in a wonderful location so close to the sea and the town centre but in a quiet residential area. The little balcony is a lovely space that is sunny from morning to evening with a beautiful sea view. The owners are also lovely and helpful.

Clean, cosy, super comfortable bed and warm bedding with very thoughtful additions such as milk, cereal, bin liners and wine. Lovely view of the sea from the balcony.

Obviously not possible to police but the tenants on ground floor used their outside area continually for smoking and chatting loudly unfortunately right below our bedroom window. Luckily for us, they didn’t stay all week.

Perfect Stay

My husband, 2 year old, dog and myself stayed in this beautiful apartment. Highly recommend! It really does have everything you need, it is clean, very comfortable, beautifully decorated and in a perfect location! Hosts were brilliant, great communication throughout. Amazing location, yards from the beach, town centre, bus stop and train station. Very well kitted out and clean/comfy apartment. Exceptionally polite and quick-to-respond owners. Loved that they had taken time to stock more than just basics on arrival too - shampoo/conditioner, milk, cereals, tea, dishwasher tablets, loo roll etc. Made us so welcome.

Straighteners were also great to have! Bed was huge & super comfortable. Lovely decor & bathroom! Lovely little balcony to enjoy the sea view. Owners were very lovely & let us stay on for the day! High Tide is an exceptional apartment in a great location. It is very tastefully presented and well equipped. The hosts were very thoughtful, by providing a lovely basket of welcome goodies and provided a range of complimentary toiletries, breakfast bits and even beach towels. The location was fantastic. Contacting the host was so easy, answered back almost immediately and was so helpful. The apartment its self met every expectation and far more, was so relaxed and comfortable staying here, would highly recommend and will definitely be returning soon. The apartment was so very well stocked for all your needs, in the kitchen, bathroom toiletries, lounge games. Welcome gift packs was a lovely thoughtful touch.

Wonderful property, close to the beach.

Everything. The property is perfectly located for the beach. It is extremely well appointed and decorated. The extra’s (bottle of milk in the fridge, crisps, packet of biscuits and a bottle of wine) make big difference. The hosts were always on hand to answer any questions. We will definitely be visiting again.
