Very spacious accommodation with everything we needed. Good, quiet location away from the main town.
Parking confusing when arriving in the dark but OK when there.

> We are not happy we were susposed to leave sat 29 april but someone else was booked in on 28 april so we had to leave a day early.
The landlord gave us 30 min to leave. i hope we can sort this out and reimburse one nights money owed to us.

Everything you needed for a stay including wine, beer and cokes for the kids. Loads of space, good location as only a 10 min walk down into town and 5 to the beach. Very good value pub round the corner with great value meals. Very quiet area too.
Some reviews mention it needing updating but it was such good value and we liked it. My youngest said he loved the regency design of the place. :-)

Great location only 5 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to town.
Comfortable lounge with plenty of games.
Nice touch with local beers and fudge, breakfast cereals and accompaniments.
It’s a bit dated and tired but feel that is representative of cost. A lot cheaper than other places in Swanage.
