Customer care is really important.

It's a clean flat and the ocean views are nice.

The dishwasher wasn't working at all. We were told the dishwasher would not be fixed during our stay as no one was available to fix it. I was told no discount at all was available for this inconvenience. It's standard to offer a discount if a key item cannot be fixed. The light stopped working in the windowless bathroom on the Wednesday and it wasn't fixed in all the time we were there. It freaked my autistic son out who doesn't like showering in the pitch black (who does?) and we had to leave a day early on Friday as a result.

only thing i would say is some of soft furnishings need updates eg pillows/cushions/curtains but im sure they be done at some point.

There is only one set of keys, the key lock is not very well located outside, therefore it was difficult to put the keys back in. Also the intercom entry system did not work. A toilet roll holder would be useful. An inside non slip bath gripper mat should be provided as the bath is slippy and quite a step from the floor to the bath.

Loved the view from Ocean View but the windows could do with a good clean. I understand the pigeons don't help but it would look so much better. Apart from that - all good.

Pure Bliss

Location was fantastic, everything is on your door step. We travelled with two small dogs, a short walk across the road to the sea front for morning walks was perfect. Lovely view of the sea and beach from from the balcony and even when the rain came it was lovely to sit and relax watching the world go by. Very spacious apartment, we settled right in and felt like a home from home. Information from our host on car parking options was spot on, broad street car park is the opposite end of the town and is a lovely stroll along the sea front, and considering there is no parking on the street outside the apartment we briefly used the loading bay to offload the car and then pack on departure with no issues but we did use it late evening and early morning max 10 mins. Would definitely recommend this little gem

Fantastic central flat with everything you could need.

Fantastic location, stylish flat with comfortable beds and a genuine sea view. Had a really lovely stay. No parking but the car was safe in a long stay car park and it was refreshing to not need it as everything was on the doorstep - beach, shops, cafes, amusements etc. Spotless on arrival with welcome treats and flat was well equipped including dishwasher and washing machine.

Only minor things - the street could be noisy but that comes with the fab location and the windows cut out the sound well. Some confusion over bins and rubbish disposal. Overall nothing that would put us off booking again.

Great location. Good value on that basis but needs an upgrade.

The location

The common parts leading to the flat badly need upgrading as does the lighting. Which doesn’t come in until you are on the second flight. Dangerous feeling your way in the dark. Also parts of the flat were not clean and the view from the back bedroom needs an overhaul and tidying up. It’s ugly. To leave biscuits was lovely. To leave one loo roll was not - for 2 women for 3 nights The kitchen facilities were fine. No Wifi instructions left but hosts very speedy in responding. Nice towels. Adequate hot water. Soft mattresses.
