Great location, views, everything within walking distance.
Theatre right opposite. Steam train station just up road (we went to Corfe Castle).
Lots of little independent shops.
Nightlife was great, pubs had live music.
Swanage extremely well kept and clean.
Finding parking was a slight issue, found a car park where we left car for 3 days so was all good in the end.
Reasonable rates for parking.
Don't be fooled by outside look of the building/ internal entrance, the flat is lovely, clean and spacious.
No key for fire escape door in bedroom which was a slight concern.

It was very spacious and well equipped.
The central location was great but this also meant there were some disturbances (like early morning bin lorries).

A beautiful spacious flat with 3 bedrooms (2 double rooms and a room with bunkbeds). A really lovely view of the sea and the local shops from the balcony, and a big open plan living room/kitchen area, with large flat screen TV. The bathroom also has a bath and an ‘over the bath’ shower.
It’s unfortunate there’s no parking, however we managed to park on a local road and there is space to unload outside the flat.
