Lovely 3 bed ground floor flat with free parking

Location was great. Close to sea and town.

Could hear people in the apartment above. Sound insulation not great. However the disturbance was minimal given the amount of time we spent inside.

It was ideal for our requirements. There seems to be very little rentable accommodation with parking in Swanage so this was almost perfect - we had 2 cars so one was parked on the road at the end of the alleyway. This was OK as the road is fairly quiet and, as a bonus, the parking was free! The owner texted us the lock box number as requested, which was appreciated, as we weren't sure if we could get internet access at the Tank Museum (which is where we were all afternoon on the day of our arrival). Just for information, it turns out that there is free wi-fi in the Museum shop and, at least, in the Tank Story Hall.

Don't know if there's a problem with the fridge...there appeared to be condensation on the back panel when we emptied it prior to leaving. However, there definitely seems to be a problem with the freezer - we couldn't open the door! We didn't need it this time, but someone will at some point.

Accessibility for disabled and parking

The dining room chairs had cracks on and felt abit insecure sitting on them also a long handled broom or hoover would be nice to be able to clean up the sand after a day on the beach

It was easy to walk to the beach and Swanage

The showers were difficult to access
