This 3 bedroom detached house in a quiet residential part of Swanage is the perfect Swanage getaway! The light, modern house has bi-folding doors out onto a decked garden with a view of the Purbeck hills. It has all modern conveniences and offers a peaceful, quiet location but within 7 minutes walk of the town and beach-front. A newly decked garden and bi-folding doors offer alfresco dining in privacy and the house has the benefit of off-road parking. This is a real asset, especially during high season when the town is bustling with day-trippers and holidaymakers.

Close to town and beach. Corner shop very useful and stocked everything we needed. Good to have one parking space as we found another on the road on the corner of the property. We enjoyed Putlake on our one wet day. Then Corfe Castle, Durleston Park and our favourite beach was Shell beach, as one of our party had mobility difficulties and could not walk too far. There were lots of books, DVDs and games in the house. All the appliances worked and washing powder and dishwasher tablets were available for our use.
