Very nice flat, modern and welcoming. Great location and short walk to beach and pier. Rooms were a great size and comfortable.

Only one parking place but it is possible to park on the front so not too bad at all.

Comfortable apartment, a few minutes walk from Swanage beach and town centre

The location is brilliant. Beds are comfortable. There is everything you need in the kitchen. Lots of space. Matt is usually very responsive and sorts and issues.

The apartment was tired, marks on the walls, damaged carpets, the bedroom drawers don't open and close easily because the runners are broken, the radiator is rusty. The carpet rod was exposed in the kitchen and we all kept stepping on it. The TV was damaged and had blue patches top center and left, it made watching movies annoying. The neighbors downstairs were noisy and banged a lot. The fire alarm wasn't on the ceiling it was just balanced on the doorbell ringer in the entry way. The linked in fire alarm was broken/taken out? For us it wasn't worth the price. Matt did say these issues will be sorted. Our stay last year was great and so was the apparent.
