Mattress on single bed wasn’t very comfortable, there was some limescale on the shower head which easily came off with my finger and instructions weren’t clear how to find the rear car park

A great place to stay for access to Swanage town centre and local coastal walks

We were able to check in a couple of hours early, following a message from the owner. The flat is very comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is perfect - a short walk to the town centre.

Very good stay, nice apartment, close to town and beach.

Proximity to beach and town centre, around 6 min walk.

The mattress had a camber, so we both felt we were rolling out of the bed as springs raised in centre creating slope. Allocated parking space 5 is in the corner and has sharp plants back and side that need cutting back to give better access to door and boot but minor point.

The property was extremely clean and we liked that you should take your shoes off at the door. It was so well equipped and had most things you needed. There were nice little touches and we appreciated the milk left for us after a long drive! The fans in bedrooms were really useful. Beds were comfy as well.

We had a great time and I wouldn't hesitate to book with Matt again.

Excellent location with parking about 5 minutes walk from the seafront and 10 minutes from the town centre. Flat was clean and comfortable. Smart TV in the living room and TVs in the bedrooms. Weather was wet but the temperature in the flat was good. Matt was an excellent communicator. Everything about access to the flat and what to do on departure was very clear, with timely reminder messages. The communication meant that all ran smoothly. Matt also responded promptly to a couple of questions, which was very reassuring.

I have no issues to raise. If I was to really try and nit pick, the sat nav sent us to the front of the house, while the parking space is at the rear, accessed by a shared access road behind the house. I guess this could have been clearer, but frankly it took us about 2 minutes to work it out, so really a very minor point.

A bit tired this year.

The location is brilliant. Beds are comfortable. There is everything you need in the kitchen. Lots of space. Matt is usually very responsive and sorts and issues.

The apartment was tired, marks on the walls, damaged carpets, the bedroom drawers don't open and close easily because the runners are broken, the radiator is rusty. The carpet rod was exposed in the kitchen and we all kept stepping on it. The TV was damaged and had blue patches top center and left, it made watching movies annoying. The neighbors downstairs were noisy and banged a lot. The fire alarm wasn't on the ceiling it was just balanced on the doorbell ringer in the entry way. The linked in fire alarm was broken/taken out? For us it wasn't worth the price. Matt did say these issues will be sorted. Our stay last year was great and so was the apparent.

We stayed for 2 nights to play golf locally. The location was amazing being a very short walk into town. The host Matt was very friendly and helpful. The property was wonderfully clean and we were both very impressed. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. Great shower. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Spacious, clean, well-equipped top-floor apartment with great views & privacy.

Spacious, very clean, and well equipped. The kitchen had a great gas cooker and oven. The microwave was good and was the kettle. Beds are very comfy and bedding. They are good clean quality. Bathroom clean with lovely shower. The living had excellent seating with a very comfortable main sofa and a chair with leg rest. The location is perfect since Swanage Beach is only 5 mins walk away.

Since it was at the top, we had to go up two flights of stairs, but in all honesty, we had great views from top and more privacy as there are no neighbours.
