Lovely quiet location with nearby pub. Accommodation felt like a home from home. Perfect for my intended visits to Rowrah Karting track over the weekend.
We all found the 'Teddy Bear' bedding a little too warm for comfort but this was a minor point.

First of all the host- Louise- is polite and contactable. The property was clean and tidy. Everything in the kitchen was available as you would expect at home. The host took care of every minute details to make the stay as home.
There are board games for children, TV set to watch national telecast.
There is no Wi-Fi but it’s non availability is mentioned in the ad.

Home from Home. Not like a normal caravan … a proper couch and winged chairs . The the comfiest bed . Shower amazing . Very clean and everything you need . Great location. Peaceful . Little touches … fresh flowers, milk in the fridge . Xmas tree and decorations, such a lovely touch ! Brilliant communication from Louise . Definitely recommend a stay here for a rewind, chill out & and explore the western lakes .
No champagne flutes … that’s it.
