We loved the cosiness of the caravan, and how homely it felt. The communication with the host was great. The beds were comfortable and we all had good quality sleep throughout our stay (despite the awful storm on the first night - obviously out of anyone's control!)
The games and books were a hit with our toddler

The caravan park was quiet but immaculate. Great for a relaxing holiday. Caravan was spotless, towels, linen, toiletries were all made available which is a bonus for a static. Food was put in the fridge, toys and board games were in good supply and there was a travel cot. It exceeded our expectation. And when we needed to get in touch with the owner he answered immediately. Well done, we will definitely be booking again and highly recommend.

I always book this property for business purposes when I am travelling, I absolutely love it. So homely and cosy, i definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the Lake District

Heating was working..
The kitchen was not clean at all. The shower Don't have any hot Water and no toilet roll..
